Information you provide
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support content: messages and information you choose to send to us.
- Brew records and notes: grinding settings, water temperatures, extraction times, flavor notes, and related entries you create in the App.
Photos (optional) / no face recognition
- We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create or use biometric identifiers.
- When possible, photos/images are stored locally on your device by default.
- If you choose to upload images for one-time processing, they are processed only to provide the requested feature and then deleted promptly (see “Data retention”).
- We do not use uploaded images for advertising/marketing and we do not use them to train machine learning models.
Location (optional)
- If you grant permission, we may collect approximate or precise location data (based on device settings) to support location-related features.
- You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.
Automatically collected information
- Device information: device model, OS version, language/region, and identifiers where permitted.
- Usage statistics: interactions, feature usage, and performance metrics.
- Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports and error logs.
- Network information: IP address and standard server logs.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Used for login, preferences, performance measurement, and reliability.
- May include web beacons in web-delivered portions of the Services.

- Provide and maintain the Services (accounts, saving and syncing records, requested features).

4) AI-assisted / server-side content processing (optional)
Some features may allow you to submit text or images for server-side processing that can include automated analysis or generation ("AI-assisted processing"). You choose whether to upload content and whether to generate results.
- Our servers only: content is processed on infrastructure controlled by Bobeari Team.
- No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share your uploaded text/images with third-party providers for this processing.
- Deletion after processing: uploaded content is deleted promptly after processing completes, unless you choose to save the output.
- No training / marketing use: we do not use uploaded content to train AI models or for advertising/marketing.
6) International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms.
7) Data retention
- Account data: for the duration your account is active.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (subject to legal and security needs).
- Usage analytics & diagnostics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: up to 6 months.
- One-time processing uploads: deleted promptly after processing completes.
8) Security
- Encryption in transit and (where applicable) at rest
- Access controls and least-privilege practices
- Periodic audits and monitoring
- Backups for service continuity
No system is 100% secure. Please keep your credentials confidential and use a secure device and network.
9) Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent.

10) Children
The Services are not directed to children. Bobeari is intended for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by other appropriate means.
